Originally, my idea was to design 3 different color bands for each music genre featured at the Top 100 TD (present-day / Dutch / oldies). Then I noticed the design would always end up looking like a flag. Next thing I thought to myself: "Why not give it some rotation?", and it ended up looking alot better, even though only 2 genres remained.
The "Romeinse Cantus" (Roman Cantus), unlike other cantus drinkfests, serves wine instead of beer. Costumes are obligatory!
The design is based on ancient roman mosaïcs, while still maintaining a basic readability.
Another one in the series of student club posters. This one is for the annual running contest, where we raise money for a good cause and throw in a can of beer for the winner.

Another interesting article on Lifehacker today, and one I'd love to see yard somewhere in the next decade: a bat house.
Mosquitos bite me, and bats eat mosquitos. This is a fun, cheap, and ecologic way to enjoy those summer evenings alot more!
The step-by-step guide even comes with a clever design!

3M has developed a see-through film that turns ordinary windows into solar panels. It will go sale next year.
Interesting new product these guys have developed.
Basically a sort of "upgrade" to your windows so they generate power.
+ Estimated only ½ the price of regular solar panels
+ Not visible to the naked eye
+ Free power!
- Only 20% of regular solar panel power generated
* Compatible with window washing products?
* Compatible with other "window upgrades" (like other films, for thermo-isolation etc.)
